Can conditions of reservation be changed after the reservation?

A

Yes. You can change conditions of reservation. If no desired car is available, in some cases, you cannot change the conditions. Please contact a person in charge who has been responsible for your reservation for more smooth change in conditions.

Is there a cancellation fee for canceling a reservation?

A

Yes. When the reservation is cancelled, the followingcancellation fee will be charged.

・10 days before pick-up date: free
・4-9 days before pick-up date: 20% of basic rate
・1-3 days before pick-up date: 30% of basic rate
・Pick-up date: 50% of basic rate

For renting a car, when do I need to reserve the car?

A

No definite period is determined. When there is an available rental car on the day of your contact with us, you can reserve the car. If you have a desired fixed rental period, please reserve as soon as possible. You could reserve your desired rental car in your desired period.

What is a simple check-in system?

A

The “simple check-in system” is a system exclusive for a customer who has reversed a rental car. In this system, the customer previously confirms car rental precautions and pays a rental fee. This system can
considerably shorten your waiting time on the day of your visit to our shop. We recommend this system for customers who have no sufficient time for proceedings or who wish to depart immediately.

Can I reserve a car online?

Yes. If you want it, you can reserve through website. Please fill out the contact form and send it to us, and we will contact you within three business days. In some cases, mails from us may be sorted into a spam folder. If you have no reply from us, please confirm the spam folder.

Can I reserve a rental car by phone?

A

Yes, you can. Please feel free to contact us at anytime. When we cannot respond to your call quickly for an available car for some reason, we will call you back later. We would appreciate your understanding.
